1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process your order within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery takes another 4 to 6 business days, so count on around 5 to 9 business days in total. By business days we mean Monday to Saturday. The order cut-off time is 15:00 (GMT +1). During busy periods, 3 extra business days may be added. You'll find all the details on our shipping page.
2. What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum amount and no hidden costs.
3. Which countries do you ship to?
To the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland and Finland. Everywhere with the same free shipping.
4. How do I know which size to choose?
If sizes or measurements are given in the product description, measure your child and compare them with those numbers. If you're unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one, since children grow quickly. Can't find size information for this product? Email us your child's height and age at support@minibea.com and we'll find the right size for you.
5. How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Do check your spam folder too, as our emails sometimes end up there. Use that code to track your parcel on the tracking page. It may take a while before the link becomes active.
6. Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to register your return. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and complete, with packaging and labels included. You pay for the return shipping yourself, and we process your refund within 10 days. We cannot take back opened hygiene products and personalised items. Read the full return policy.
7. Can I still change or cancel my order?
You can cancel as long as your parcel hasn't been shipped yet. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll stop it for you. Want to change something, like your address or a different size? Email us as soon as possible and we'll see what's still possible.

9. Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, UnionPay, Discover, Cartes Bancaires, JCB and Diners Club. All payment methods are listed on our payment page.
