Returns within 30 days / Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped / Certain items (such as hygiene and personalised items) are excluded from returns.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Return window: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Excluded from returns
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or personal reasons, unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

This applies, among others, to:
- Hygiene products that have been opened or used after delivery
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items that have clearly been used, are damaged or are not in their original condition

If a non-returnable item is defective or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us via support@minibea.com so that we can offer a suitable solution.

Condition of the items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags and labels. Items that have been worn, used or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Proof of purchase: You must be able to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase for your refund to be processed.

Return process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Contact us: Contact our customer service at support@minibea.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number.

2. Prepare your return: Pack the item or items securely in the original packaging and include all accessories, tags and labels.

3. Ship your return: Send the item or items to the return address provided by our customer service. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the items are returned to us safely. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Refund process
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued
 to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

Processing time
It may take up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed after we have received the returned items. 

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service at support@minibea.com and they will give you instructions for the exchange.

Order cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.  
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via support@minibea.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the return policy applies.

Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately at support@minibea.com. We will arrange a return and provide a replacement or refund.
