We process your order in 1 to 3 working days. Delivery then takes another 4 to 6 working days, so expect around 5 to 9 working days in total. By working days we mean Monday to Saturday. The order cut-off time is 15:00 (GMT +1). In busy periods it can take 3 working days longer. All the details are on our shipping page.

As soon as your parcel ships, you automatically get a Track & Trace code by email. Do check your spam folder, our emails sometimes end up there. Use that code to follow your parcel on the tracking page. It can take a while before the link goes live.
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to register your return. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we will send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and complete, with its packaging and labels. Return postage is at your own expense and we process your refund within 10 days. Opened hygiene products and personalised items cannot be taken back. Read the full return conditions.
You can cancel as long as your parcel has not shipped. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we will stop it for you. If you want to change something, your address or a different size for example, email us as soon as possible and we will see what is still possible.
