Without tracker: you get the insoles with the round compartment, in which you place your own Apple AirTag or a Bluetooth tracker of the same size.
With tracker: the insoles come with a Bluetooth tracker in AirTag format, so you don't need to buy anything separately.
Invisible and unnoticeable: the compartment is 4 mm thin and disappears completely into the shoe.
Built to take a knock: waterproof and shock-resistant, so rain and the sandpit are no problem.
Trim to size: trim the insole along the marked line so it fits almost any shoe.
Stays in place: the included gel pads secure the tracker in the compartment.

We process your order within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery then takes another 4 to 6 working days, so plan for around 5 to 9 working days in total. By working days we mean Monday through Saturday. If sizes or measurements are listed in the product description, measure your child and compare it with those numbers. If you're unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one, since children grow fast. Can't find size information for this product? Email us your child's height and age at support@minibea.com and we'll help you find the right size.
As soon as your package is shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Check your spam folder too, as our emails sometimes end up there. Use that code to follow your package on the tracking page. It may take a while before the link becomes active.
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to register your return. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and complete, with its packaging and labels. You pay for the return shipping yourself and we process your refund within 10 days. We cannot take back opened hygiene products or personalised items. Read the full return policy.
You can cancel as long as your package hasn't been shipped yet. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll stop it for you. Want to change something, like your address or a different size? Email us as soon as possible and we'll see what's still possible.
