This magnetic child safety lock sits entirely on the inside. You stick the lock housing and the flat counterplate directly opposite each other inside the cabinet or drawer, using the self-adhesive strips already attached. As soon as you close the front, the bolt automatically clicks into the lock. To open it, hold the round magnetic key against the outside of the front. From the outside, you see nothing of the lock.
Invisibly hidden away: all parts sit on the inside, so your kitchen or nursery keeps its own look and you don't screw any brackets onto the doors.
Opens with the magnetic key: hold the key in the right spot against the front and the bolt releases. Close the front again and the lock automatically locks itself once more.
Sticks on instead of drilling: you don't need a drill or screws. The self-adhesive strip sticks to a smooth front and leaves your furniture undamaged.
Can be switched off temporarily: use the small switch on the lock housing to leave a lock open for a while, for example for a cabinet you want to use freely for a bit. Afterwards, just switch it back to locked.
For the cabinets that really matter: the drawer with knives and scissors, the cabinet with cleaning products and the spot where the medicines are kept stay out of reach of little hands this way.
Metal fronts are not recommended. Choose a non-metal cabinet door or drawer front.
Clean and dry the surface first. The adhesive strip sticks best on a smooth, clean surface.
The magnetic key works up to a front thickness of about 3.8 cm. Small parts are included, so keep supervising: a child lock never replaces adult supervision.

As soon as your package is shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Check your spam folder too, as our emails sometimes end up there. Use that code to follow your package on the tracking page. It may take a while before the link becomes active.
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to register your return. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and complete, with its packaging and labels. You pay for the return shipping yourself and we process your refund within 10 days. We cannot take back opened hygiene products or personalised items. Read the full return policy.
