If you're unsure between two sizes, choose the bigger one, since children grow fast. Can't find size information for this product? Once your package has been shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Check your spam folder too, our emails sometimes end up there. Use that code to track your package on the tracking page. It may take a while before the link becomes active.
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to register your return. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and complete, with packaging and labels included. You pay for the return shipping yourself, and we process your refund within 10 days. We can't take back opened hygiene products and personalised items. Read the full return policy.
