We process your order within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes another 4 to 6 business days, so plan on roughly 5 to 9 business days in total. By business days we mean Monday to Saturday. As soon as your package is shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Check your spam folder too, as our emails sometimes end up there. Use that code to track your package on the tracking page. It may take a little while before the link becomes active.
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to register your return. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and complete, with packaging and labels included. You pay for the return shipping yourself, and we process your refund within 10 days. We cannot take back opened hygiene products and personalised items. Read the full return policy.
