With this insole, you place your own AirTag in the round compartment, then simply slide the insole into the shoe. Your child won't feel a thing, and you can keep track using Find My on your iPhone.
Click the AirTag into the compartment. Trim the insole along the guide lines if the shoe is smaller. Slide it into the shoe and that's it. After that, you don't have to think about it again: nothing to put on, nothing to charge, nothing your child can forget.
The insole is soft, light and goes unnoticed, even by friends or on a school trip. Your child won't notice any difference from a regular insole, while you know you can check where the shoes are. Peace of mind for you, freedom for your child.
The insole does not contain a transmitter itself. Check now and then that the insole still fits well and is not worn out.

We process your order within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery then takes another 4 to 6 working days, so plan for around 5 to 9 working days in total. By working days we mean Monday through Saturday. If you're unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one, since children grow fast. Can't find size information for this product? Email us your child's height and age at support@minibea.com and we'll help you find the right size.
As soon as your package is shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Check your spam folder too, as our emails sometimes end up there. Use that code to follow your package on the tracking page. It may take a while before the link becomes active.
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to register your return. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and complete, with its packaging and labels. You pay for the return shipping yourself and we process your refund within 10 days. We cannot take back opened hygiene products or personalised items. Read the full return policy.
You can cancel as long as your package hasn't been shipped yet. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll stop it for you. Want to change something, like your address or a different size? Email us as soon as possible and we'll see what's still possible.
