One is dark blue, the other soft green, and on both the rounded antenna sticks up like a dino fin. Your child holds down the talk button, speaks, lets go and hears the answer come out of the dino's toothy mouth. No phone, SIM card or wifi involved: the two devices find each other on their own UHF channel.
You get two straight away: one blue and one green, so playing together can start right out of the box, no need to buy a second device.
One button to talk: hold it down to speak, let go to listen. A child doesn't need to remember much more than that.
Range up to around 300 m: that applies in an open area. Walls, trees and buildings cut that down considerably, so indoors or between buildings you'll get less range.
Two channels: if there's interference on one channel, they can switch together to the other.
Sized for small hands: a rounded ABS casing weighing around 90 grams each, with buttons big enough for children's fingers.
Stays with your child: each device has a loop for a lanyard and a clip on the back for a waistband or backpack.
Battery compartment on the back: behind the flap on the back go 3x AAA batteries per device. These are not included in the box, so have them ready.

As soon as your parcel is shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Do check your spam folder too, as our emails sometimes end up there. Use that code to track your parcel on the tracking page. It may take a while before the link becomes active.
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to register your return. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and complete, with packaging and labels included. You pay for the return shipping yourself, and we process your refund within 10 days. We cannot take back opened hygiene products and personalised items. Read the full return policy.
