Controls that make sense straight away: hold the side button down to talk and release it to listen, with six large buttons on the front for everything else.
Range of up to 3 kilometres: you'll reach that distance in open terrain with a clear line of sight. Between houses, walls and trees, the range drops considerably, as with any walkie talkie.
Charges via USB: each device has a built-in 1000 mAh battery. The charging port is hidden in the right ear, so you no longer need to buy loose batteries.
Everything on the screen: the illuminated display shows the channel number and battery level, plus the indicators for VOX, Scan and key lock.
Made for small hands: lightweight, large buttons and a sturdy casing that can take a drop and rough play.
Splash-resistant: a rain shower or wet fingers won't cause any harm. They're not meant to be submerged, so keep the devices away from the bath, shower and swimming pool.

As soon as your parcel is shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Do check your spam folder too, as our emails sometimes end up there. Use that code to track your parcel on the tracking page. It may take a while before the link becomes active.
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to register your return. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and complete, with packaging and labels included. You pay for the return shipping yourself, and we process your refund within 10 days. We cannot take back opened hygiene products and personalised items. Read the full return policy.
You can cancel as long as your parcel hasn't been shipped yet. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll stop it for you. Want to change something, like your address or a different size? Email us as soon as possible and we'll see what's still possible.
