We process your order within 1 to 3 working days. After that, delivery takes another 4 to 6 working days, so plan on about 5 to 9 working days in total. By working days we mean Monday to Saturday. Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to register your return. Email your order number to support@minibea.com and we'll send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and complete, with packaging and labels included. You pay for the return shipping yourself, and we process your refund within 10 days. We can't take back opened hygiene products and personalised items. Read the full return policy.
